PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This delightful cottage has been beautifully and sympathetically refurbished and the result is a really fabulous place to stay and enjoy the jewel of the Emporda, Pals.
It is located just on the edge of the medieval village, close to the restaurants, shops and is part of the amazing history of this stunningly restored village.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor: Entrance area with stairs leading to the upper level, straight through to the dining room and kitchen with gas oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, there is a double bedroom with a very pretty chimney (not functioning), shower room with WC, and doors leading to the large terrace with barbecue, and views over the village and countryside. There is also a washing machine on the terrace.
First floor: sitting room with large window with pretty views, plus a TV, some children games, a twin bedroom and another double bedroom.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Parking-, there is available off street secure parking for an extra charge of Euro 10 per day.

Nous avons été charmé par le lieu. Cette belle maison nous a offert un parfait séjour. Située à peu minutes à pied du coeur de village médiéval de Pals. Très fonctionnel avec une belle terrasse pour jouir de l'extérieur. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Estaba todo correcto, es muy hermosa, la terraza y la ubicación es excelente. Nos encanto Pals, de los lugares mas hermosos que hemos visitado en el mundo. Es una belleza absoluta.

Love the property, great position and easy access and parking space (for an additional fee). Plenty of equipment for a 2 weeks stay. The cottage is beautiful and very calming, lovely stay.

We had a great week here, and liked it so much we extended our stay. The location is amazing, up in the old Medieval village, but with access to pull up outside to drop off luggage and a secure parking spot just below the property - both unusual pluses in old Pals. The street is beautiful, like time travel, as is the apartment - this is definitely a character property not a hotel. The bedrooms and upstairs living space are lovely, very cool with high power aircon. Travelling with a toddler, we also spent a lot of time sitting on the steps in the large entrance hall as this was a good play space for her. The terrace is huge and very pretty, very safe for a child with views out over the hills. Having a washing machine and line was an additional bonus. The wifi worked well, and we had no technical problems while there.Really comfortable beds and sofa and a good shower. You are a minute’s walk from the shops and restaurants of Pals and a 10-20 minute drive from all the stunning beaches and towns and villages the area has to offer. Louisa was amazing and made our stay really easy and enjoyable. This is a really great property and a fantastic part of Spain to stay - we really hope to come back.

Una propiedad increíble en el centro histórico de ensueño de Pals! Parecía como si estuviéramos retrocediendo en el tiempo, pero con toda la comodidad de la vida moderna. La terraza es espectacular, no hay mejor lugar para disfrutar de una taza de café y relajarse.

Wonderful medieval house very well-located in Pals old town. Very cozy, clean, all the amenities and even details provided by Pci are available. Comfortable house that makes you feel like home and it counts with a magnificent terrace which is lovely to enjoy! Pci is very reactive, communication has been great and they even helped us one night that we had forgotten the key house in the middle of the night. Massive thanks to Ana and Louise. We will come back :)

Preciosa casa original en el centro de Pals. Gran terraza con vistas a la montaña para cenar o hacer bbq.

La propiedad está bien cuidada y en una buena ubicación. La terraza es preciosa y tiene barbacoa. Vecindario muy tranquilo. El parquin opcional está muy cerca de la casa. La playa más cercana está a menos de 10 minutos en coche.

Alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Lo mejor, la gran terraza y la ubicación. La terraza tiene muy buenas vistas y es perfecta para realizar todas las comidas. La casa esta en zona muy tranquila justo donde comienza el casco antiguo de Pals; bajas a la calle y ya estas paseando por las calles medievales tan bonitas. Por otro lado, la casa es espaciosa y la cocina bien equipada, debido a la distribución original, no hay lavavajillas pero tampoco se echa mucho de menos ya que es cómoda para fregar platos. Hemos estado muy a gusto y el próximo año pensamos repetir.

Este alojamiento es una pasada. El gusto con el que han adaptado un vivienda antigua a las necesidades actuales es imposible de describir: ¡hay que vivirlo !! La localización es maravillosa a pocos metros del centro histórico de Pals, el acceso cómodo. Hemos estado encantados.
