This recently renovated villa has been beautifully restored to offer spacious, modern and comfortable accommodation, both inside and out. The beach is a short walk of approx. 800m passing by several restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The beach at Pals is large and vary spacious, there is a short walk to the pretty cove of Sa Riera via the famous coastal path (Camino del Ronda). The road is a no-through road and leads to the surrounding forest with many paths for walking and cycling leading to Pals village and Begur.

The villa has two entrances, on the upper level (first floor) there is the larger property with a spacious open plan kitchen, sitting and dining area leading to the large terrace, pool and garden. The kitchen has good quality appliances and equipment with 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, induction hob and breakfast bar. The sitting area has a large sofa, dining table for 6 plus access to both the front and back terraces.
There are three bedrooms, 2 with double beds (one with access to the garden/pool) and a bunk bedroom, 2 shower rooms, a work/study area and a private gym.
The other entrance is on the road level and has a covered terrace, comfortable open plan sitting/dining room with kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds plus a shower room. Access via external stairs to the upper property and also to the pool, garden area. There a very pretty garden in front of the lower property with table and chairs plus a washing machine and drying area.
The terrace wraps around 3 sides of the house so there is sun/shade all day, depending what you prefer. The rear terrace has attractive tiling and leads to the pool terrace where there is a summer kitchen, with large BBQ, sink and fridge. There is also a roof terrace which has sun all day.
Parking is off street (the garage is not available to rent).
