PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Pi Verd is a pretty community of Iberic style villas. The communal gardens surround the small groups of villas with lawn, shrubs and pine trees, which gives plenty of sun and shade. The communal swimming pool is surrounded by pine trees and lawn and is shaped in a figure of "8" with one part being shallow and the other deeper. The whole community is enclosed and with the large communal areas is ideal for children.
The beach is an easy 800m walk and is a huge 3,5km sandy beach with sand dunes and plenty of beach and sea activities. There is also a super walk to reach other restaurants and small shops. The golf club is a short 5 mins walk and the tennis club a little further at 15 mins. There is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants at the beach.

The villa is build over two floors and the entrance is a via a small private garden leading from the community garden.
Ground floor:
The open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar, fridge freezer,microwave, cooker and a dining table. The sitting room area has a TV with a sofa and chairs, this leads to the south facing, enclosed private garden (with shade and sun) with a garden table and chairs. There is a shower room with WC and a washing machine on this level, one bedroom with a single bed.
Wifi(Fibre Optic)
There first floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a pretty little balcony. There is a full bathroom with bath. The roof terrace has sun all day with view of the private garden and communal gardens. Built in BBQ.

Propiedad muy bonita y piscina muy cerca, la terraza de arriba y el patio detrás son muy agradables.

Logement tres fonctionnel. Espace jardin très sympa. La piscine est vraiment top !!et bien entretenue. Très belle la plage de Pals, à 15 min. à pied et 5 min. en voiture. La communauté très agréable, idéale pour les vacances familiales.

La casa es sencilla pero correcta, tiene un jardín espacioso y una terraza para hacer barbacoas en la parte de arriba. La comunidad es muy bonita, bien ubicada y tranquila, con ambiente familiar. Todo el recinto está cerrado, ideal si vas con niños. También tienes el uso privado de una plaza de parking.
