Ground Floor:

Spacious sitting room with a large-screen
TV and fireplace.

Family room with a dining table, sofa, and fireplace.

Off the family room is a large farmhouse kitchen with a butler’s pantry—fully equipped and
spacious, perfectly suited to the style of the property.

From here, doors open to the courtyard where the large marble-topped table, chairs, and loungers look out over the garden. In the summer months canvas sails give protection from the sun. The
courtyard is decorated with beautiful tiles designed and painted by the artist

First Floor:
A staircase leads to four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: super king size bed
Bedroom 2: super king size bed, which can be reconfigured into two single beds
Bedrooms 3 & 4: super king size beds

Doors open onto a terrace overlooking the courtyard, with seating area and tables and views
over the garden, also a laundry room with a washing machine.

There is also a spacious dressing room with several wardrobes, and each bedroom has additional hanging wardrobe and storage space. A large family bathroom with a shower
completes this level.

Second Floor:

The top floor features a large loft with TV, sofas, table, and chairs-ideal as a playroom, or
additional sitting room, office desk and high speed internet.

Bedroom 5: super king size bed, which can be reconfigured into two single beds, shower room with WC and a private sun terrace.

Outside Space
The garden includes a charming pergola as its centrepiece, surrounded by mature plants,
shrubs and trees , (including orange, lemon, almond and pomegranate) providing both sun and shade. There is a large built-in BBQ is perfect for outdoor cooking. The covered parking area is suitable for bicycles and scooters, and a doorway leadsfrom the garden to the street, where there is allocated parking for one vehicle plus free street
parking for additional cars if needed.
