What Your Holiday Rental Includes

Prices: Our policy is to keep pricing simple and comprehensive. All our rental prices are per property per week (not per person) to accommodate up to the number shown on the property details. There are no under occupancy charges if only a smaller number of people use the property. With some properties it may be possible to accommodate additional guests, in excess of the number shown, for this there is an additional charge for the bed, bed linen and towels.
Satellite Televisions: As a result of the change to Digital TV the choice of English speaking channels on analogue systems has become very limited. Analogue systems are still very common in most of Europe.
Security Deposit: You will be required to pay us a refundable damage indemnity: 200€ for properties up to 2 bedrooms: 300€ for properties 3 bedrooms or more, 400€ for independent villas. The security deposit is held in the U.K. and can be made either as a cheque, which will not be banked but held with your paperwork, being returned to you when we have clearance from our Spanish office after your holiday, or alternatively we can hold your credit/debit card details.
Arrival/Departure: Properties are available for your arrival from 16.00 and departure should be by 10.00. As long as we are advised prior to your holiday, arrangements will be made for clients arriving very late. Early arrivals can sometimes be accommodated, but this has to be by prior arrangement.
Air Conditioning & Heating: Most properties do not have air conditioning but if they do it will be indicated in the property description. However, in properties where air conditioning or heating is available extra charges will apply if they are used. These charges will vary depending on the size of the property and many will be charged on consumption where seperate metering is installed.
Local Extras
All of these should be ordered in advance of your stay and paid to PCI Holidays in the U.K. Please do not expect to arrive and then order services since there are only a limited number of some items and other need to be ordered from the laundry service.
