| The villa is situated in a small residential area between the village of Pals and Pals beach. The beach is 3 kms away. There is a local supermarket, patisserie, and restaurant all within a 5 minute walk. |
| ACCOMMODATION |
The villa is on one floor and therefore ideal for a family holiday, children and the elderly. All the windows have security bars. Open lounge/diner and kitchen. The lounge area opens onto the large back terrace. There is free view sky satellite television, DVD, Video and CD radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric fan oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and double sink. Laundry room with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, microwave.
1 large double bedroom with en-suite having large shower area, bidet, sink and w.c. The bedroom has French windows opening onto the back terrace. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with single bed and companion pull out bed to make a single or twin bedded room. These two bedrooms share a shower room with w.c and sink.
The villa has a large L shaped terrace, complete with awnings and gazebo, ideal for outdoor eating, also a barbecue.
From the terrace there are 6 wooden sleepers/steps to grass area and swimming pool ( this access has a gate to prevent small children from getting to the pool un-supervised). The pool has Roman steps and a slide.
There is ample parking in the villa.
