Prices: Our policy is to keep pricing simple and comprehensive. All our rental prices are per property per week (not per person) to accommodate up to the number shown on the property details. There are no under occupancy charges if only a smaller number of people use the property. Unless otherwise stated properties will be clean for your arrival with clean bed linen and towels provided (1 bath towel & 1 hand towel per person - not beach towels). For stays of more than one week linen and towels will be changed after the first week plus each succesive week and a simple clean of the property will be carried out. With some properties it may be possible to accommodate additional guests, in excess of the number shown, for this there is an additional charge for the bed, bed linen and towels on a weekly basis.

Security Deposit: You will be required to pay us a refundable damage indemnity: 200€ for properties up to 2 bedrooms: 300€ for properties 3 bedrooms or more, 400€ for independent villas. The security deposit is held in the U.K. and can be made either as a cheque, which will not be banked but held with your paperwork, being returned to you when we have clearance from our Spanish office after your holiday, or alternatively we can hold your credit/debit card details.

Arrival/Departure: Properties are available for your arrival from 16.00 and departure should be by 10.00. As long as we are advised prior to your holiday, arrangements will be made for clients arriving very late. Early arrivals can sometimes be accommodated, but this has to be by prior arrangement.

Local Extras

Additional services that are available from our Pals office. All of these should be ordered in advance of your stay and paid to PCI Holidays in the U.K. Please do not expect to arrive and then order services since there are only a limited number of some items and other need to be ordered from the laundry service.
